Biography: Lynn Rasmussen, RNC, MSN, NNP, PhD, is a clinical assistant professor. She is the director of the on-line Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program. Her current research interests focus on infant pain, immunology, developmental care and the outcomes of premature infants and the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice role in the NICU.
