Biography: Anita Skarbek, RN MSN is the Director of the RN-BSN program and is a Clinical Instructor who teaches in the RN-BSN and graduate programs. In addition to these two roles, Anita serves as a mentor to students across all programs and works with students to help them achieve their educational and career goals. She is currently a doctorate student and has identified her research interests to include issues involving horizontal violence in professional practice and how such practices impede nursing's professional and social advancement.
