Biography: Judy Willis Hileman, ARNP, PhD; has been with the UMKC since 1990 and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor. She has taught in the BSN completion, master’s, and undergraduate programs. Her 40 year clinical background includes Med-Surg, ICU, PAR, Clinics, Home Health, and Hospice. Presently she is a Parish Nurse at the Overland Park Presbyterian Church. Her area of research interest is the needs of family caregivers of patients at home. She helped collaborate on a tool “The Home Caregiver Need Survey” that is still used around the world. She MOST enjoys nursing, teaching, reading, gardening, her husband, four kids, seven grand kids and living in the country!!
