Biography: Loretta North, RN, MSN, BC, FNP, joins the faculty as a Clinical Instructor in the graduate Nurse Practitioner Program. She will also teach in the undergraduate Mental Health course. For nearly a decade, she has practiced as a nurse practitioner in the outpatient primary care clinics at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. She previously functioned, for over a decade, in the psychiatric-mental health field in the capacities of staff nurse as well as Staff Development Coordinator.
