This program will prepare nurses for advanced practice in primary or specialty care of adults. UMKC School of Nursing provides clinical experiences that will expose students to diverse populations while developing critical thinking, communications and technology skills.

The Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Nurse Practitioner programs are both designed to give nurses the tools they need to excel in the changing health care environment.
