M.S.N. Concentration: Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

This online program will prepare nurses for advanced practice in the primary care of women. During each clinical semester, students will be asked to be on campus for two to three days for concentrated clinical experience.

UMKC School of Nursing provides clinical experiences that will expose students to diverse populations while developing critical thinking, communications and technology skills.

The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program is designed to give nurses the tools to provide comprehensive care of women across the life span and excel in the changing health care environment.

A minimum of one year full-time equivalent clinical experience within the last three years is strongly recommended for admission.
