Name Badges

Pre-licensure Students :

Your initial name badge will be issued at Clinical Jump Start for the fee stated in your welcome letter.  Should you lose your badge, you will need to contact All Star at 816.531.3635; 39th & SW Trafficway.  You can also send an e-mail (probably the best way) to Brenda at brenda@allstaryeswecan.com   Be sure to say you are a UMKC student in the pre-licensure clinical program as they have the format of the badge on file there.  Be sure to include your full name, your name as you want it to appear on the badge and make arrangements for pick-up or mailing.

Pre-licensure name badges are blue lettering on a white background with:

            JANE
            Student Nurse
            School of Nursing

 

Graduate & RN-BSN Students:

RN-BSN and graduate students get name badges from Central Rubber Stamp Co at 6204 Raytown Road, Raytown, MO  64133 and phone # is 816.353.7918. E-mail your request to: info@central-stamp.com with the following information:

  • Your name as you want it to read on your nametag
  • Your program:  RN-BSN OR Graduate
  • Your shipping address and billing address (if different)
  • The best phone number to reach you.
  • Designate whether you want a pin or magnetic fastener

Central Rubber Stamp will call you for payment over the phone upon completion of your nametag.  If they are unable to reach you, they will retain the nametag in house until they hear from you.  You may pay by credit/debit card, check, money order or cash. We can ship the nametag(s) or you can pick them up at our office.  The nametags are $13.75 each.  Shipping currently runs $3.75 per nametag.  Tax is $1.11 for one nametag.
