Distance on-line learners at the UMKC School of Nursing, including students entering the new Rural Nurse Initiative RN-BSN program, are eligible for in-state tuition rates. The in-state tuition rate applies to on-line learners in the WHNP, NNP, NE and RN-BSN completion program regardless of whether students are part-time or full-time.
